You will have full access to the home and patio areas. Please note: there is a separate rentable space over the garage with a separate entry and parking area. During your stay, guests may or may not be staying there.

We love to meet our guests; however, we respect your privacy preferences. Please let us know if you prefer a self-check-in and messaging service rather than an in-person meetup. This is your vacation, and often our guests are tired upon arrival after a long travel day, and all they want to do is get in the house and relax (perhaps with a beverage 🙂 )

A vehicle is absolutely recommended should you decide to visit us. However we have had guests who came without one and we can recommend driving services to get you out and about as needed.
We are only 3 miles from the picturesque town of Tronadora, with the prettiest park in Guanacaste, where you can find everything you need including, a grocery store, butcher, bakery, liquor, 2 restaurants, and for those looking for the nightlife, there is also a bar.
An easy 1.5 hour drive from Liberia Airport and 3 hours from San Jose. If arriving in San Jose with less than 3 hours of daylight we recommend that you stay over near the airport and get a fresh start in the morning. Most of the roads are paved however not well marked and there are lots of twists and turns.
We have plenty of parking area.
Our HOA has instituted some security protocols for your protection and our owners’ protection. We require a photo of the photo page of your passport to pass to security for your initial entry. Please pass this along as soon as possible.

Amenities
Very, Very responsive. We got lost at night and they helped guide us back and even offered to come get us if we couldn’t get back. Out of 5, I would give them a 10. Beautiful surroundings and view. Would go back again.
We loved the peaceful setting and beautiful views surrounding this house. We enjoyed the weather and took in some trips to some of the national parks in Northern Costa Rica. Would recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle for some of the roads in the area.
Absolutely fantastic place to stay. We had a few hiccups but Tanyia and Rod had us covered; they are the types of hosts that you wish for, in all regards the type of host you wish for on AirBnB.
The place itself has everything you could wish for, and we felt super cosy, even in the middle of the storm (we weren’t that luck with the weather!).

Absolutely STUNNING property. Perfect place to unplug and retreat. We wish we would have stayed at this spot for our whole trip instead of breaking it up into two locations! We saw so much wildlife while driving to the property and while on the property… toucans, monkeys, horses, cows, iguanas, multiple birds and lizards! The lake view is beautiful and the breeze and lush gardens made sitting on the porch so relaxing.
Tanyia was one of the most communicative and helpful hosts we’ve ever had in our 10 years of using AirBnb – she helped us last minute book this spot for our family, and also was very helpful as we sorted out a few issues!

La casa en sí, es preciosa, cada detalle de la misma está cuidadosamente pensado, y tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia cómoda…
La comunicación con los anfitriones también fue súper constante y siempre estuvieron atentos a cualquier cosa que necesitamos.
