As part of a gated community, you can also enjoy peace of mind and security. Locally, there’s also pickleball, kayaking, boating, horseback riding, biking, hot springs, and river rafting within easy reach – there really is something for everyone here.
Our HOA has instituted some security protocols for your protection and our owners’ protection. We require a photo of the photo page of your passport to pass to security for your initial entry. Please pass this along as soon as possible.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.
You will have the guest studio to yourself. There are 2 separate driveways with this home and enough parking for up to 2 cars in the studio’s private driveway.
A vehicle is recommended should you decide to visit us. However, we have had guests who came without one, and we can recommend driving services to get you out and about as needed.
We are only 3 miles from the picturesque town of Tronadora, with the prettiest park in Guanacaste. Here, you can find everything you need, including a grocery store, butcher, bakery, liquor, two restaurants, and a bar for those looking for nightlife.
It is an easy 1.5-hour drive from Liberia Airport and 3 hours from San Jose. If you arrive in San Jose with less than 3 hours of daylight, we recommend staying near the airport and getting a fresh start in the morning. Most roads are paved but not well-marked, with many twists and turns.
We have plenty of parking areas.
We live right here in the same community; however, we take our cues from our guests. If you would like to meet, we are happy to oblige, but we also understand that you are on vacation and we want to respect your privacy. Let us know which you prefer.
