Welcome to Waiting 2 Exhale! We’re thrilled to have you stay with us. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please review our terms and conditions. Note that specific house rules may vary depending on the property, so please refer to the property-specific information provided during your booking process.

1. Booking and Payment

  • Reservation Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed once we receive the full payment. Bookings are not guaranteed until payment is processed.
  • Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Please ensure that payment is completed promptly to secure your reservation.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In: Check-in time is typically from 3:00 PM onwards. Early check-ins may be accommodated based on availability and require prior approval.
  • Check-Out: Check-out time is generally by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be available upon request and are subject to availability.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the check-in date are eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative fees. Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be completed.

4. House Rules

  • No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas, if specified.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the property description. If allowed, additional cleaning fees may apply.
  • Parties and Events: Parties and events are not permitted without prior approval. Unauthorized parties may result in additional charges or eviction.
  • Noise: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.
  • Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded if no damage is reported.

5. Property-Specific Rules

  • Compliance: Guests must adhere to the specific house rules and guidelines for the property they are staying in. Non-compliance may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.

  • Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any personal belongings left behind or lost during your stay. Please ensure you have all your items before checking out.
  • Accidents and Injuries: Guests use the property and its amenities at their own risk. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur on the property.
